I'm sitting here watching my favorite childhood cartoon that aired from 1978 to 1985. My whole life (even recently I must admit) I have wanted to be the Princess superhero from Battle of the Planets. I love this cartoon. And while it has lost some of its appeal as I am now an adult, I still love it!
It makes great grading white noise.

Battle of the Planet??? I've never heard of it. It must be a New York thing.
Never heard of it either. Oh, and you can never again give me crap about my taste in music. This is way worse.
Um, the husband never heard of it either and he grew up in NY. Just FYI, it was the first Japanese Anime and is considered one of the best...in fact it looks as good as cartoons today and it's 30 years old...also, Voltron with the lions STOLE the characters and storylines directly from Battle of the Planets...and no way, no way, Neil Diamond is way worse...
