Today Lily and I head to the hospital. I am hoping that they will cut off that cast and she will have use of her left hand again. Interestingly, she reaches for everything with her left hand and she uses utensils with her left hand. I think this is interesting because maybe she's left handed while her parents are both right handed. Anyway - the cast is on her left hand so it has stunted that growth.
I hope we haven't broken her forever!!

Yes, I'm sure she has been stunted for the rest of her life and is now doomed to all kinds of misfortunes.
I'm laughing because this has been far more traumatic for you than for her, except for maybe the replacement cast. She will have forgotten it all within ten minutes of getting it off.
